Cancellation Policy If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty charge of 50% To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can also be subject to a cancellation fee if we are unable to access the property. To cancel or reschedule an appointment feel free to contact us via email, text through the app or call.
